You can opt to pay with Apple Pay. When selecting this option on the product page or at checkout, simply follow the prompts on your Apple device to complete the transaction. Be sure to select the intended credit card, shipping address, and billing address since we cannot modify these details after your order is submitted.

PayPal
You can choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to complete your purchase before returning to Ramy Brook.

Afterpay
We offer the option to pay in four interest-free installments with Afterpay. Please note that:

We invite customers to stay up-to-date with the latest Ramy Brook trends, parties, and promotions by subscribing to our newsletter and SMS program. We offer a 15% off welcome code to new newsletter subscribers and a $100 credit to new SMS subscribers. Every new subscriber is eligible to receive both benefits. However, these promotional codes cannot be used for the same order and only apply to full price styles. The $100 credit only applies to orders of $350 or more. Accessories and shoes are excluded from both promotional codes. If you have not received your SMS code, you can text "PARTYMORE" to 50132.

Pre-orders will be charged upon submission to secure the availability of your selected items. The estimated ship date will be noted on both the product page and in your cart at checkout; however, this date is subject to change. If any delays occur, we will promptly notify you with updated information. If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to our Client Care team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, cancellations may not be possible once the order has been processed.

The availability of items added to your cart or saved to your wishlist is not guaranteed and they may stock out before you complete your purchase. Items saved in both places that remain in-stock may also disappear unless you are logged into your Ramy Brook Account, which can be created here.

Yes, our NYC Flagship on Madison Avenue accepts electronic gift cards.

We offer a price adjustment on items purchased up to seven days prior to the start of a sale as long as the style/size/color are in stock, the items are not final sale, and another code was not already applied. 

Currently, we do not offer order cancellations unless a style is marked as pre-order. Our warehouse starts fulfilling orders once they are placed. Please visit our Returns Center and enjoy an easy, complimentary returns process since we cannot modify orders once they are prepared for shipment.
